I vividly remember, it was a hot summer afternoon in 2001 when Meena aunty entrusted me with a new responsibility. I strongly believe that there is no greater calling than to shape young minds and was ready to accept the challenge of heading an educational institution.
I believe that every child develops a deep-seated personality during the formative schooling years. The role of the teacher is not limited to imparting academic lessons but positively affecting all spheres of a student's life.
Education should aid in the development of a student's individual identity thereby helping discover newer interests and passions. Under the visionary guidance and passionate support of our beloved Meena aunty, KRMM has witnessed a remarkable growth trajectory. Meena aunty has taught us the important lesson that there exists a fountain of youth in everyone: it is through our mind, our talents and creativity that we bring vitality to our lives and the lives of people we love.
Even the best curriculum and the most perfect syllabus remain dead unless quickened in to life by the right method of teaching. I consider myself extremely fortunate to work with a team of dedicated staff that believed in making an impactful difference to our students. The past decade is testament to the fact that KRMM has consistently addressed the goal of holistic education.
It is my dream that our students, like pearls of divine beauty will one day be the jewels that adorn the crown of our country's glory. As we begin a new decade, let us join hands and endeavor to become change agents of modern society. Let us resolve to serve as beacons of exemplary character, determination and compassion. Let us change the world for the better – for our children and for mankind.
